The New Beginning: A Role to Play

I am convinced more than ever that we have been given a role to play. A God-given role for His honor and His glory; a R.O.M. (Return on Miracle) that we must not squander. Another part of the NEW BEGINNING revealed.

My Morning Prayer

God, this is a new day. I freshly commit myself to the role you have invited me to play, as you are building your church in this world. I am awestruck again today that you include me in this grand life-giving, world transforming endeavor. So today I joyfully offer you:

My Love. My Heart. My Talents. My Energy. My Creativity. My Faithfulness. My Resources. My Gratitude.

I commit all of myself to the role you have assigned me in the building of your church so that it may thrive in this world. And I will "bring it" today.  I will bring my best. You deserve it. Your church deserves it. It is the hope of the world.

The Global Leadership Summit Prayer

Addendum: 1/15/16 - Back in 2012 we were just starting to understand that God had plans for our lives that we could not have imagined. We do have a role to play, and it must not be squandered!

"The 2012 Leadership Summit represented a turning point in my life. When Jim Collins spoke it was my "light bulb" moment. I began to grasp the importance of what all had transpired in our lives and I began to understand that we were indeed the recipients of a Blessed Event and that I have a God-given responsibility to make sure the importance of that event is honored. What God has given cannot be squandered.

There was a shift in my understanding and thinking that day. The ground work was being laid. We now understand it was an integral part of the NEW BEGINNING. Two years later more understanding came. See LORD – What Am I to Do?; The LORD Answers!; and I Didn't Know—BUT GOD DID!"  From ~ The New Beginning: There Must Be a R.O.M.
