"His love continues forever." So true! Our faith and trust is in Him alone. 6"I will not be afraid, because the LORD is with me. People can't do anything to me. The LORD is with me to help me, so I will see my enemies defeated." The Psalmist goes on to say that it is better to trust the LORD than to trust people or rulers. When you trust God instead of man, then ONLY God can get the glory for what HE has done.
Psalm 118:10 - "...I defeated them in the name of the LORD."
Psalm 118:11 - "...but with the LORD's power I defeated them."
Psalm 118:12 - "By the LORD's power I defeated them."
Psalm 118:13 - "...but the LORD helped me."
Psalm 118:14 - "The LORD gives me strength..."
Psalm 118:14 - "...He has saved me."
Psalm 118:15 - "Shouts of joy and victory come from the tents of those who do right..."
Psalm 118:15 - "The LORD has done powerful things."
Psalm 118:16 - "The power of the LORD has won the victory;"
Psalm 118:16 - "..with his power the LORD has done mighty things."
Psalm 118:17 - "... and I will tell what the LORD has done."
Psalm 118:21 - "LORD, I thank you for answering me. You have saved me."
Psalm 118:28 - "You are my God, and I will thank you; you are my God, and I will praise your greatness."
Psalm 118:29 - "Thank the LORD because he is good. His love continues forever."
I am overwhelmed by God's love and provisions. HE is the One who has protected us from "the storm." TRULY—His love continues forever! Praise the LORD!
